This issue features the work and findings of some of our CytoSure™ users, each of which have seen the benefits of switching from BAC to OGT’s oligonucelotide arrays for high resolution aCGH. For example, the Greenwood Genetic Center has applied oligonucleotide aCGH to clinical genetic analysis of patients with chromosomal abnormalities, while Katholieke Universiteit Leuven has used CytoSure arrays for investigating cytogenetic screening at the prenatal and postnatal stages. You can also read about how our in-house automated, high-throughput array processing service has worked for another group of clinical geneticists.
The final article brings you further insight into OGT’s CytoSure analysis software development, and how we introduce new features that further streamline your cytogenetic analysis.
We hope you enjoy this issue, and if you have any ideas or would like input into future editions of OGT’s CNO then please do not hesitate to contact me.
