| The Greenwood Genetic Center’s cytogenetics laboratory used OGT’s new Genomic DNA labelling kit for the CytoSure arrays. The labelling kit offers a fast and simple protocol for fully optimised genomic DNA labelling, containing Cy3 and Cy5 dyes for dual-colour hybridisations. The improved protocol uses a unique buffer formulation to allow more efficient use of reagents without loss of signal intensity. The kit includes all the required reagents and consumables, including nucleotide mix, random primers, enzymes, and even clean-up columns and collection tubes.
