Chromosome X arrays

OGT’s Chromosome X arrays, developed in close collaboration with leading cytogeneticists, now give even more coverage for detection of abnormalities on the X chromosome.

Chromosome X (2x105k) arrays offer:

• higher resolution – one probe every 1.6 kb
• gene-centric design – one probe every 500 bp for all known gene loci including 5 kb of flanking region
• targeting of genes, exons, miRNAs, rRNAs and snRNAs on the X chromosome.

Chromosome X (4x44k) arrays:

• one probe every 4 kb
• exon-centric design – probe design biased towards expression regions
• ideal for screening large numbers of samples

CytoSure Chromosome X arrays are supplied with a CD-ROM containing:

• pdf protocol booklets for use with Agilent and Tecan hybridisation chambers
• Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
• access to CytoSure Interpret software.
