OGT aCGH protocol

1. Target preparation - labelling of customer genomic DNA can be either
1. a proprietary OGT protocol incorporating an enrichment step using adapters which reduces the complexity of the sample and improves the hybridisation.
2. labelling using Klenow, combined with the incorporation of fluor-deoxynucleotides and random primers, to label the reference and unknown genomic DNA.
2. Hybridisation, washing and scanning of the OGT aCGH microarrays
3. Scanning
4. Results - data normalisation
5. Data analysis and interpretation
