- Washing takes place in an ozone-controlled environment avoiding degradation of fluorescent dyes
- An automated washing system eliminates manual sample handling – ensuring batch to batch reproducibility
- Temperatures of wash buffers and reagents, washing times, agitation rates and centrifuge/drying conditions are all closely monitored and reported via LIMS, as part of QC.
