Chromosome X exon specific array
CytoSure ChrX array is a 44k feature oligonucleotide microarray providing high resolution
across the X chromosome. OGT's unique desgin provides comprehensive coverage of all the predicted
genes, open reading frames, predicted miRNAs and rRNA genes on the X chromosome.
Oligonucleotide probe position is biased towards gene exons with multiple probes designed to each gene.
The array also includes control probes for chromosome 16 and 21.
The 60mer oligonucleotide microarrays are fabricated using inkjet technology, featuring high-precision
feature placement through base-by-base synthesis.
