Syndrome Plus array
CytoSure Syndrome Plus array is a 105k feature oligonucleotide microarray providing high resolution across the whole genome. OGT's unique
design provides comprehensive coverage of clinically significant loci, focusing in 85 constitutional syndromes,
sub-telomeric regions to 5Mb, and segmental duplication regions (Low Copy Repeats).
The 60mer oligonucleotide microarrays are fabricated using inkjet technology, featuring high-precision feature
placement through base-by-base synthesis.
Specifications
CytoSure Syndrome Plus arrays are supplied in a 2 x 105k format. Each slide can be used for either one sample in a dye
swap experiment, or for two samples without a dye swap.
