Validated technologies

OGT is the only Agilent High-Throughput Microarray Certified Service Provider — offering copy number variation (CNV), methylation, miRNA and gene expression-based biomarkers. In addition, our protein microarray technology enables the identification of highly-specific and sensitive autoantibody biomarkers for a range of cancers and autoimmune diseases — as validated by extensive in-house studies. 

Open platform for development

Once the most suitable biomarkers have been identified, the biomarkers can then be translated rapidly to smaller, custom arrays or to  other test platform(s) or formats (e.g. lab developed tests, near patient testing, point of care diagnostics). This open system approach to biomarker discovery enables clients to  customise the commercial approach based on clinical and commercial needs.
